Optimizing your energy field from undesirable communication:

Sometimes you'll be in a great mood and then receive a disturbing message or communication. As you ponder it, warning signs and sick feelings begin to increase more and more. Worry and pondering on things that are not desirable is a form of meditation. (Constance Arnold -Think Believe & Manifest). In meditating on thoughts that feel 'bad', you are creating the vibration of something that carries undesirable outcomes.
So why not ask, " Is this in alignment with my energy field of happiness, harmony, and joy?" , "Can I Iet this go? Will I let this go? When?" ( Sedona method). According to the Sedona methods , I would answer No, Yes, Yes, (taking a deep breath in and on the exale--- say "Now!"
Can you let go of that worry; about the other person being wrong about what they said or what they believe? Can you let go of the worry; about someone expressing disappointment in you (which is ultimately seeded in their own insecurities and unresolved issues of their past)? If it doesn't feel positive, blissful, harmonious, I would venture to say --Yes, you Can!
